OLD SCHOOL BRAND™ PIE CRUST MIX 1 bag Pie Crust Mix. 1/2 cup butter or shortening. 8-9 tablespoons ice cold water. Using a fork or pastry blender, cut the butter into crust mix until the mixture is loose crumbs. Spoon in the cold water, mixing to make a dough. Divide dough into fourths. On a floured surface, roll a segment of dough to the size of the pan. Place in a greased pan, and pour in the desired filling. Roll the second segment for the top. Ready to bake! Yield: 2 pie crusts.
